Problems logging in?
If you are experiencing problems logging in to Antech Diagnostics site, please follow these instructions:
1. Do not use Internet Explorer or Safari. If available, use either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
a. Mozilla Firefox can be downloaded at www.mozilla.com/firefox
b. Google Chrome can be downloaded at www.google.com/chrome
2. If Internet Explorer must be used:
a. Click “Tools” on the menu bar on the upper left hand area of the browser.
b. Click “Internet Options” at the bottom of the drop down list.
c. Click the “Privacy” tab at the top of the box that will open.
d. Place your settings at “Low”. Click “Apply” at the bottom of the box.
e. Close your browser, re-open, and login.
3. If Safari must be used:
a. Click “Safari” on the upper left hand area of the browser, then choose “Preferences”.
b. Click the “Privacy” option.
c. In the “Block Cookies” section, specify “Never” and apply new settings.
d. Close your browser, re-open, and login.
